Meal planning is crucial for reaching your fitness and nutrition goals. This 4 week challenge includes meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes. Through this challenge you will learn about portion control and approaches to cooking that will be quick, fun, and tasty. By the end of the 4 weeks you will be able to create your very own meal plans. In order to see optimal results it is important to follow the meal plan specifically for your calorie range. However, accommodations can be made for food dislikes, allergies, and/or intolerances.
